Whey De Money Coming From?

Dr Gonsalves said the almost 30,000 students will receive $200.00 each and such a git to the students will cost the Treasury some six million dollars."

Some are questioning whether the $200 given to be given to each schoolchild would not have been better spent on repairing the school facilities.
